Not earning eBucks

I called yesterday regarding the amount of eBucks I receive per month. I received ONLY 147eBucks which equates to meager R1.47 This amount is not even worth the space in my sms inbox as it actually insults the term "loyalty reward" or whatever it is called...
I have called numerous times regarding this problem so that it could be resolved but to no-avail... My wife is earning 2222eB's or more month while we do EXACTLY the same... How is this possible...???

I earn more than my wife, I make more payments than my wife, I swipe my card more than my wife and yet I only get 147eB's as a loyalty reward??? Really??? If this is the loyalty reward then you might as well just cancel this whole eBuck thing on my account because it is then not even worth the sms or paper which it is communicated to me on a monthly basis... AND then FNB can save the "astronomical" cost of sending me a notification for huge amount of eBucks (147) that I have earned...
