I was considering requesting a quote for insuring my daughter's iPad Air 64GB from yourselves until I opened my email yesterday to discover you have raised my premium for our three vehicles, increased the excesses on ALL vehicles including the one for which my pensioner mother is the regular driver (add to that this vehicle, which was bought new in 2005 and insured through you since purchase and the vehicle hardly goes anywhere and has around 15 thousand km mileage therefore lowering the risk considerably) and on which I was informed there was NO excess because of her pensioner status! Never mind that I have brought you both my stepdad and my father in law, as well as our homeowner's association for insurance. I guess being a loyal client for all these years is worth absolutely nothing. Please, don't reward me for being a long term paying client who has never defaulted and brought you extra business. I will find other insurance for the iPad and be seeking other quotes in the new year. Please, don't waste my time with excuses about rising costs as vehicles age. You have more than made up for that with the premiums I pay and the business I have referred to you.
