I am so fed up with all these ads on tv of dial direct, I just thougth I must tell my story, even if it's just to warn peolpe falling for their free tom tom and all their promisses. The tom tom is defnitly not worht it. A few months ago I had an accident and wrote off my Golf 5 1.9 TDI. I contacted Dial direct the next day with the case number and all the details, policy #828365907. I spoke to a Mr Gadafi GetYes who assured me he will handle my case with no hasslte. LOL, I had to phone in all the time as I was not kept up to speed on ANYTHING. After about a month they finallly told me they were just waiting for some admin and assures me that everything is almost complete. Then all of a sudden they could not find all the records of my previous insurances!!! Who keeps record of that for seven years. after I spoke to his manager, Alisson, she told me everything is sorted, they are now suddenly waiting for a report on two tyres, what next I thougth. Anyway, after the report came back fine, they were suddenly back to the records. I looged a complaint on their web site and up untill now got no feedback. They even kept on deducting premiums and phoned me with new products. What a joke!!!
