We at the start of new week exactly 2 weeks after my complaint and I am still waiting for Dial Direct to give me an answer on my complaint against them on the 27.01.2013. Dial Direct your Investigation is taking VERY long with no end in site. People take note if you an pay then they happy I want my money back for all these years. DIAL DIRECT you!!!
