I would like to launch a complaint against dial direct, for an event that occured saturday night 22H00 when my car went over a pothole and damaged my tyres. I then called dial direct and requested roadside assistance, and what i got was that my policy with budget was cancelled last year december knowing well that I moved from budget to dial direct. I had to call several times with no luck, and 1 of the consultants promised to query this with the team leader, but never called again.

In short my saftey was compromised by dial direct, my time was wasted and the service i got from the consultant was bad. I called dial direct at 22H30, but i got service at 14H30. After that when the towing truck arrived at 14H30 they told me that i was going to pay R650 since they only cover 40km and i asked them how did they arrive to the R650 they told me the total km's was 96km of which from the report i have it state that i was towed for 61km. So I need my money back in this case. The team leader was Andrew and i told him that i was going to report this and i called dial direct moday and they told me that they will get back to me till today what a service.
