On 16/06/2011 I was involved in a car accident. The traffic lights at the intersection were not working and had to be treated as a 4-way stop. A car driving at? 40km drove straight through the inter section, colliding with the side of my car. A third party pulled over and gave a statement as an eye witness (this is on file even though Dial Direct phoned me a year after the incident and said they lost his details and wanted it from me again, i did not have it and referred them to my original claim). Dial Direct refuses to pay me back my access because the third party is adament that he is innocent, regardless of the third party witness and the obvious impact on the car because of his speed. The other driver was in the wrong but is just saying he was innocent and that is enough for Dial Direct regardless of the facts. Today Felicity who is handling the case says the third party's (a car rental company) insurance came back with less than what Dial Direct claimed so i have to bear the loss! What is the point of insurance if i am not covered? DISGUSTED AT THE SERVICE, DELAY AND DIAL DIRECT USING ME TO COVER THEIR LOSSES
