Dial Direct car insurance... what a joke!!!

I have to complain about Dial Direct.

I had a repair done to my back light a year and a half ago. The light has since deteriorated in the sun to such an extent that its is now completely different to the other (obviously originally supplied) light fitting. The part they authorised for replacement was a cheap knock off.

I have contacted dial Direct 3 times in the last 6 months and they promise to get back to me... I am still waiting!

Their service is absolutely shocking considering they claim to have a lifetime warranty on all their repairs.

try and get a simple issue like this resolved has cost me time, patience and money... don't go with dial direct... I will definitely be changing insurance companies!!
