Money was taken out from my savings account

I have a savings account with std for a long time now then some time last year they openned a cheque account for me and said i will maitain my old account number then in feb i went to purchase some goods at game reatil store where i experienced problems as my card didn't swipe i went to std bank branch there for assitance they check on their system but they couldn't tell me what was wrong with my card they issued a new card which also didn't work i left the branch without being assistance as nobody knew what to do i was taken to 5 people but with no help then on the 20.03.2013 i had an amount of r2000.00 being deposited in my account only to find that when i went to withdraw the funds there was insufficient money in the accounti then went to kingsmead again where i was assisted by Blessing Sibisi who told me that the money was taken by std bank as i was owing on my cheque account and the account was handed over to their attonerys Stuppel and Attorney which was something that nobody has told me about and was never contacted by anyone to state this.who gave them the consent to do this cause i know the consumer act doesnt allow for things like this.very angry with std bank
