Help desk, four consultants, still no help

I had an access account with them, was done on my card, due to my wallet being. This happened in march. I have been to standard Bank from April up to date, we are still dealing with the same issue. Firstly they could not close my account, to allow me to open another account - because of a frozen statement that was there due to investigation, which had nothing do with them. They helped me open a savings account in the mean time till this issue was sorted out, of which i did, told them not for long though, because I can't swipe with that card and I don't like carrying cash. I was given a reference number to show that they are busy with a query. Got an sms to come and open a new account, did that on the 29th of June, got a cheque account. I have been using my savings account withdrawing from it with no problems. First time I tried withdrawing from my cheque card, it did not allow me and said I must consult my branch. Went there on Saturday the 6th of July, was told my account was stopped due to FICA. They have all my details and did the FICA as well. They consulted help desk, still no help. Mind you I have money on my account which I can't access. Disappointed..
