I was given the coldest shoulder from the manager!

I went to the Standard Bank Branch in Kempton Park to get some fund out of my savings account as I didnt have cash on me and need my funds urgently. Got assisted by the Branch consultant which i forgot her name, I asked her to transfer my funds from my savings account to my debit account what she then did is transfer it to my cheque account when I asked her so nicely. She doesnt make means to reverse the funds as i instructed her initially. I then went to the ATM to see if the funds were there. I withdraw R 200.00 and when i check my balance there was 0.00 from R 905 that was transferred. I ask to see the bank manager he then jsut tells me that the bank took its bank chargers of R 700.00 WHICH I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT HOW CAN THEY CHARGE ME R 700.00 FOR A WITHDRAWAL OF R 200.00. THE BANK MANAGER HAD NO OTHER THING TO SAY BUT JUST TO TELL ME THAT I HAVE TO OPEN ANOTHER CHEQUE ACCOUNT. TO HIM IT LOOKED LIKE I HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT, ITS NOT HIS PROBLEM THAT THE BANK CHARGED ME R700.00 AND NOW I HAVE 0.00 IN MY ACCOUNT CANT EVEN GO TO WORK

I cant believe that there was absolutely nothing that could be done to have assistant me with my funds that were taken... dissapointed!!!
