A lady scratched my car a couple of months ago. She kindly left her contact details on my car and we were in contact. She lodged the incident with her insurance, Dial Direct, so that I could make the claim for it to be repaired. I have been trying ever since to get these to pay for the damages. Probably a few dozen E-Mails in total, and the latest as of the 14th of March, is that they are "Waiting for the clients confirmation". More like "Trying to fob me off", as the CLIENT HAS ALREADY REPORTED THE INCIDENT TO YOU. Sort this out by the end of the week or else I contact the media and Consumer Watch.
