Fail To Report Back On Incident Happen On the 27th

Good Day,
Dial Direct responded to my accident that happened 20.04.2012 that was by the way mentioned in my complaint last week the 27.01.2013They said on hellopeter that they made numerous attempts to contact me but I fail to believe that as the one lady that made contact with me on Thursday the 31.01.2012 thought I complain about the accident that happened last year (Chevonne was her name) She told me that she was going to look into this like everyone else says at Dial Direct but never do. I just want the public to be aware of the service they give, they offer you the world and make broken promises. Dial Direct you BIG TIME. I want all my premiums back I paid you. They can`t even read a complaint on hellopeter probably. YOU!!
