Damages to my ca

One of your clients bumped my car on a freeway, causing me to loose control getting off the road and nearly hitting a nearby bridge. Iv put in a third party claim but it seems like ill never get my car fixed, no one is calling me on what is the status of my claim. We reported the incident at Honeydew SAPS the same day. I really don't know why do I have to suffer this much, while I was not responsible for the damages to my vehicle, I've always had so much respect for dial direct but now I have my doubts. I now have to resort to using taxis to work, my vehicle is currently at one of your workshops. I'd really appreciate it if your client corrects the damages to my vehicle!
