Honouring of a claim

I have a home insured by Standard Bank Insurance Brokers. This is a third claim not being honoured. A tenant broke a garage door on 22 Nov 12. I lodged a claim and was given a reference number as 12/087538. I faxed the quotation and ID. And that has been the end of the story. Just to get to lodge a claim has been. They have not supplied correct telephone numbers even for making follow ups. The numbers given 0860 123 112, 0860 123 444, 0860 121 141 do NOT even have an option for a claim follow up. They all give two options, Credit Life or Financed vehicle and none on Home owners insurance.
Should be patient enough to follow any option and wait for 20 minutes, they say it is a wrong dept, this is stormwater dept, you need another dept.
I lodged a complaint on their system. no response. I lodged a complaint in a brach number 08260. There has been no result.
