Refund on debit order penalty fees

As per previous complaint I logged on this site on the 2nd of January 2013, my refund amount that was deducted on the 27th of December was paid to my account and I was promised that the debit order penalty fees will also be paid and I'm still waiting. I have been contacting the bank call centre every 2nd to the 3rd day of the week and I have been getting different stories. I refax the bank statement as requested on the 10th of January 2013 and I was advised that the payment will take 48 and later the day I received an sms confirming the debit order query that is being resolved. I called again this morning I got the same promise of getting the money paid to my account 48 hrs. This is unacceptable as my profile history is messed and I have been calling Phindile Jambane (the lady that processed the 1st payment to my account), leaving messages and she never responded to 1 of my calls or to my email. This service is so pathetic and unacceptable. I have been getting emails and sms from the other retailers confirming the unpaid accounts and that I must make arrangements to avoid being listed on credit bureau as a bad payer. I need an apology letter and the money to be added to my account
