ABSA Insurance service is poo

I have had an issue with ABSA insurance since after the storm end of November. I called in on the 29th to lodge a claim and done this with Masethe, i was given a claim number 2492320. Till today I have had no joy in them coming to my house to sort out the roof. I have been calling daily and have had no joy, if I do not get through i hold and hold and hoooooolllddd! Then some smart will pick up the phone and drop it. I have tried numerous numbers such as 0860147147 option 3 OR 0861722272, 0115018054 or 0860 112 225 or 0860 111 007. All these numbers have yielded no joy. Today I spoke to Nompi in admin and asked to go to insuirance, sh could not even get through. So now i wait for them to respond. ABSA THE SERVICE STINKS!!! My roof is getting worse now, the leaks are bigger??? How do you operate? Can you not answer your calls? HELP!!!
