M&F takes forever to payout a claim

On Sunday morning 10/03/2013 I found my car with no wheels, mags, mudflaps and even bolts were. I called the M&F call centre that same morning who confirmed that I first need to get a case number from SAPS and then submit my claim on Monday. I submitted my claim Monday morning and I am still waiting for payment to be made. Apart from waiting for payment I never get regular feedback as to how far along the claim is, I have to be the one to call everyday and follow and each time I follow up then I am told someone made a mistake. I spoke to Jane Williams this morning who says payment should be made today and only reflect in my account in 2 days.

I find this completely unacceptable and I demand that a urgent payment is made so that I see the funds in my bank account today. I have been greatly inconvenienced and I refuse to wait any longer and endure more inconvenience and frustration of having to find ways to get to work.

I expect someone to resolve this today
