Claim sitting with PPS for more than 3 months

I was hospitalised in November 2012 for a period of 14 days. As per the policy that I have with PPS, claims for hospitalisation will be paid out within a week. It is now the middle of March, and up to date I have not received any claim! Despite numerous phone calls and requests to PPS, there has been no movement... and no communication either from the Service Provider. Everytime I phone, there is alledgedly some information that was requested from either a doctor whom I have not been to for years, or requesting the SAME information from my current doctor. This is so frustrating!!! No urgency and no customer service. What is the use of paying thousands of rands per month for an insurance policy worth nothing!!
