How can Outsurance do this???

My dad is 89 - he has lost one of his hearing aid and now he is being treated like a criminal by Outsurance. He has been an Outsurance customer for years. He pays R600 a month for his hearing aids. He must provide slips, police OB ref no and they are going to do an ITC check on him. Shameful Outsurance. Shameful...
