I WANT MY CAR BACK

I went to Zimbabwe and i didn't know i have to supply the border with the documents when i as i the border the y requested letter of auhtorization from Wesbank of which i couldin't get because my car was on earrears, so i got the lleter from the other lady who helped and i got arrested for submitting the letter and tommorow they realise me with afine my case was dismmissed, i paid all my earrears even my monthly stalment but i din't get the car until now, my case is going on circle the person who is dealing with my case is Piter Toureen he is being telling me diffrent stories evereyday PLEASE PLEASE HELP OUT.
