SA Homeloans Insurance Poor Service!

I reported a claim to SA Homeloans Insurance on the 21st Of February. An assessor was sent out to my home to assess the damage. I've been advised on the 11th of March that the claim has been rejected, apparently due to pre existing damage.

This is absolutely rubbish! There was no pre existing damage to my home. This decision was made without proper investigation and it was made by an assessor with a bad attitude!

I phoned the call centre on the 11th of March for the rejection letter so that I can appeal the decision. I've been advised that I will receive the rejection letter within 5 working days. I had to phone in again today on the 28th which is now 10 working days and still the rejection letter is not available.

This is very poor service form SA Homeloans Insurance!
