CANCELLATION

On the 15th of October 2012 i filled in a cancellation form for the hospital plan and make a follow up about the issue, again when i receive my payslip in November and December my money was still taken i was also told to send my proof of payslip so i can get payed i did send my payslip and copy of identity.

Till today i have not been payed my money and the worse situation is that they are still taking money from my account even after cancellation.
