7 months later still waiting for full refund

My headline & previous reviews/complaints says it all. Don't make the same mistake that I made by falling into this trap. To all who are expecting refunds. Please allow 6 to 10 months to resolve it and be refunded. The Innovation Group is known for their excuses, hidden clauses, trying their luck, not paying and passing the buck. And thats why i cancelled my policy. I am now experiencing all those things others have warned me about. Please Innovation group DO NOT CALL ME. I don't wanna hear excuses. I want my refund as discussed in August 2012, messed up by you Sep 2012, Oct 2012, Nov 2012, Dec 2012, fought about in Jan 2013, incorrectly refunded in feb 2013, reconfirmed in feb 2013, promised in feb 2013, promised in march 2013. Maybe I should get the ombudsman involved. This company should really get other staff, there are people looking for jobs who will do their work properly. If I see all the complaints on Hello peter about The Innovation group then one would question management, if after all this time things still this.
