Failure to refund balance of policy

I have been calling innovation group regularly for the last week, I cancelled my policy more than a month ago (15 May) I was assured the pro-rata refund would reflect in my account within 21 days (Acc No. UNQ40972 Ref No. GWH 42500)

Last week I called and was told that the finance dept has confirmed that the refund will be paid by Tuesday (18 June) Today I once again called only to be told the money will be refunded after 14 days... unacceptable. It seems Innovation group will try tell you anything to A) avoid you staying on the line and questioning them and B) to avoid paying you out.

EVERY TIME I CALL I GET GIVEN ANOTHER STORY!!!

The service has been pathetic to say the least, from the call agents that dont know what they are doing, to been kept on hold for 10 minutes then having the call droped, to the Managers that are unavailable.

BE VERY WEARY WHEN BEING OFFERED AN INNOVATION GROUP POLICY BY A CAR DEALER.

Innovation group are masters at giving you the run around, and judging by the complaints on Hello peter are masters of deception.

I want my money R 2085.00 to reflect in my account by the END OF THIS WEEK!
