USELESS!!! USELESS!!! USELESS!!!

Have cancelled my policy in August 2012. Innovation group lost my banking details thrice when it was time to refund me. When they do refund me they cannot produce a statement as to what they have refunded me for. I have paid a two policy up front (About R 6 500.00). I cancelled my policy after 6 months but was refunded a mere R 800.00 bucks. When asked for a breakdown of where the rest of the money went to, no-one can produce one. I cancelled my policy due to horror stories I have heard about the innovation group and low and behold the Innovation group just proved it (happy I went with my gut instinct). I am giving the innovation group till 28 February 2013 (end of business day) to send my statement (As a requisition had to be sent to someone in order to make a payment). Thereafter I am contacting my attorney, the ombudsman and consumer protection act. I am sick of this now!!! I am also sick and tired of hearing that they will contact me and they will email me BECAUSE THEY NEVER CONTACT YOU. I called them after waiting FOUR MONTHS for a call from them. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GET A POLICY WITH THEM. All the horror stories are true.
