Unauthorized NAEDO debit orde

My account at another bank was debited by FNB for an amount of R1500. The reference clearly shows that it's FNB but they are refusing to take responsibility. They are shifting the blame to a third party company. The agent brushed me off and told me there's nothing he can do for me as they are still investigating. My money has been taken without authorization and FNB needs to answer!!!
