Unauthorized Debit Orde

Good day,

An unauthorized debit order of the amount R49.00 was debited from my account 25th of October 2013 by D Dynamix (Ref-1860263), after investigation and calling the Standard Bank customer service, they advised they will charge an amount of R20.00 to investigate who debited my account. My complaint is who gave authorization to debit my account as I did not authorize any debit order deduction for the above mentioned company and why should I be liable for any reversal fees. I have been banking with the bank for many years and this is the first in noticing any unauthorized debit in my account.
