Naedo unauthorized debit orde

On the 15 August 2013 a Naedo debit order of R499 was debited from my savings account without my knowledge or authorisation. The reference was: STRATCOL/63968745GO.4 I have no idea what this means, and I have NOT authorised anyone to make this deduction.
This isNOT the 1st time that such a deduction has been made.
I would like this NAEDO debit order to be cancelled with immediate effect, this is UNACCEPTABLE.
