Dear FNB

Thank you for the response I received in connection wiith my loan application. I do qualify for it, it was declined due to the fact that a'm on leave hence there's no salary coming in. Well I wouldn't need a loan if I was at work. You really failed to help me. Made me think twice about my bank. I thgink it's time to move to other providers.
