An expensive jewellery item from hm. Rpt to SAP, insurance company in 10 January 2013. After submitting all required and additional information pertaining to the item i was visited by loss adjustor who said he was there to assist in finalising the claim (23/1/13) He phoned and verified info from supplier oversee and still has not paid the claim. He expects me to take time off from work and travel 200km to hold a mtg. Of which everything was discussed via emails. Matter also directed to Hendrik (manager to Kaylin). To date i am not paid and have heard nothing abt settling. I have been with this company for almost 9 years and now will not tolerate this poor customer service.
My time and money wasted on obtaining quotes as i had a unique piece of jewellery, drew sketch, etc. The company loss adjustor (kaylin Naidoo) also without permission tried to get information from supplier in dubai without my permission.
The intial claim consultant Verna did not make follow ups. I had to do that on a regular basis only to be waiting in the queue.

I trust that this matter will be escalated to one of your senior claims managers who can end the bad treatment i rcd from u.
