For the first time in 28 years, I had to claim for of motor vehicles-both my vehicles simultaneously by the same same gang of. Both vehicles Netstar vehicle recovery devices delivered no results and I was left to file a claim with Virgin Money for the loss. Not only did he settle my claim within 10 working days, he also made the effort to follow up with the SA Police and Netstar to establish all the facts surrounding the. In my honest opinion, Neels did more investigative work than the SA Police to obtain case relevant information. He kept me informed on a regular basis and I gained real confidence in him and my insurer Virgin Money to honour their insurance obligations.
