Cheap insurance

I reported a loss of my CD's from my car that happened around the 27th of December. I had given a lift to a couple who had visited my church after an evening service, I do not want to believe that they were responsible for the of my CD's so i was upfront with my insurer that the CD's went missing around that time.
I called dial direct and advised them what happened. Dial direct rejected my claim because there were no visible signed of forced entry.
I work in the insurance industry and I was lured to Dial Direct because they were cheaper than my employers, I now see why they can afford to be so cheap, because they reject legitimate claims.
I am a claims advisor and I BEND BACKWARDS everyday because WE understand that there is no template for incidents, all incidents are unique.
They also rejected my cell phone claim (see next complaint on that)
Dial Direct are cheap and I don't mean that I a good way...
