I have been processing a claim from them for weeks now. It was rejected by virtue of a missed service. This despite the fact that theres not relation between the failed component and the missed service, also there where valid reasons for the missed service.

To date they refuse to confirm anything in writing/email... I have requested confirmation multiple times.

When asked whether my policy was/is valid as per the policy documents they give only vacuous answers... this is to ensure they don't have to refund me for a service they do not provide while still being able to not honour valid claims.

The service is pathetic, all I want is a simple answer... In terms of the legally binding policy document is my policy valid and if not from which point was it no longer valid??? I wish to know so that I may be refunded.

In terms of the CPA a company cannot charge you for a service no longer provided or that was not provided therefore I wish to be refunded accordingly.

All I want is written confirmation so that I may escalate the matter to the National Consumer Tribunal via my lawyers.

I have no intention of letting this go.
