CLAIM DECLINED WITHOUT A VALID REASON

Hi in January I receive a call from a insurance broker from FNB who sold me a policy and explain to me the terms and conditions plus he took the address where he will sent the copy of my policy since I have been waiting ever for it and the worst part is last week I had to claim and I was told some new terms and conditions of the policy and every-time I call the call centre I am told a different information and the last thing is that I have ask them to just to send me a copy of my policy last week until today I have not receive anything yet.
And what I know is that the is CPA that was introduce to protect people like us, if someone sells he /she need to disclose the whole information if not then it means that their T`s and C`s they are not valid so please anyone please help. Your response will be highly appreciated by me thank you.
