This is by far the worst and most appalling service ive received to date!!! I demand the below matter brought to resolution immediately!!! This policy was for my first brand new vehicle. I had credit shortfall policy that began on the 30/04/2008. I have paid this policy every month. in July 2012 I was in an accident and my vehicle was writted off. I call Innovation group and I was told by 1000 people that my policy does not exist. I then demanded a refund as i was debited every month, I was refunded only 15 months and i was told the policy was only active from 2011. I showed them proof of debits from 2008.. then I was advised it was a goodwill credit for incovience. I am highly upset to say the least as I have been paying for something from 2008 which does not exist.. all I wanted is my refund for all the debits from 2008 to date. Please note that I will continue to repost this compliant on HelloPeter until my entire query is resolved, in doing so whomever does contact me, please ensure all the information is tallied up to date, as I am sick and tired of having to repeat my story to 1 million people!
