I am a current client for Auto & General. I joined them over 15months ago. During the course of last year (2012) ive experience numerous bad service delivery from multiple client service consultants. More specifically is the fact that I was promissed a discount and came review period in Dec'13, a bunch of fictional reasons were provided as to why my policy premium went up. At one stage my home contect policy portion was deliveted by the consultant, only for me to find out few months later that I do hon have home content cover. In Dec'13 I had to call in and have them deduct thepremium for the previous month as they forgot to do so.
When asking the question why my policy keeps increasing, no formal or valid reasons are provided (and this is for someone with a claim free history). I am outerly disgusted with their overall service, I pay R1250 to them every month with no real benefits or returns ans wish to have a better insurance however I am afraid of loosing my good record.
