Claim was lodged for damage under home owners policy. Claim was rejected without anyone seeing or physically inspecting the property or damaged components. Seven emails sent to various people in the departments to even to customer care and not one response in 6 weeks. I have send a fourth request for response to all the relevant email addresses given and still nothing. Lets hope this last resort of Hello Peter gets some sort of response from them before getting the ombudsman involved.
