6/5/13 submitted a claim 9/5/13 I receive a copy of my policy apparently which I requested however I requested my surname to be updated 9/5/14 I inform AIG regarding incorrect information and grt a response from AIG if I want to ad a beneficiary whereby I declined. 16/5/13 I phoned to do a follow up ito my claim amd hanged up after 12 min in the que. 16/5/13 send another email as a follow up and guess what still no response. I think my last option is to find out whos the "ombudsman" for the insurance industry. As AIG could not care less avoit customer service. Lets see if they respond???
