No Response on burglary claim since Dec 2013

I had a burglary on 14 DECEMBER and reported the incident to standard bank home owners insurance. The assesor and builder where out to assess the damage how ever to date no repairs have been done to my property. I personally had to incur expenses to secure my property to insure the safety of my family... I constantly have to personally call the call centre to get feedback of which 1 always gets different stories with regard to the claim. All I want is the that my house is secure and that my family is secure when am at work... Am stressed out about this whole mess and its so frustrating to still get such terrible service of Standard Bank.its enough that I have to deal with the fact that our house has been broken into too...
