Old Mutual
Hospital cash back claim

I have submitted a claim to old mutual, with all the required documents attached three weeks back. When i phone to find out the progress the lady at the call cente tells me they do not have a turn around time for hospital cash back claims, they just take long.

When i was taking the policy nobody explained that to me, i was told it takes only 48 hours for a claim to be processed. Nobody is even updating me with the progress.
