Still waiting for a response

I have a scratch and dents insurance with Standard bank, I have been trying to claim on that insurance since from December 2012 till to date. Every time when i call I get to be transferee from one agent to another and beeing promised nomerous time to be contact back and nothing has happened. It is very disappointing for one of the big 4 to have such an horrible service, it takes 4 months to make a claim for such a simple think. I wonder when claim for house insurance or any other hw is the service then.
