Nobody answers the phone

I am trying to get hold of somebody to talk to and the phone just keeps on ringing, when someone answers the phone and i started to talk the person just say "wait i will put you through to the right department". I checked on the internet and there is no e-mail adress to send and mail to with my quiry, i can not sit and hold on for 20 min or longer just to talk to someone. What are these people doing the whole day??? They are supossed to be there to answer the phone and HELP the person on the line, but NO they just say "wait i will put you through to the right department". VERY BAD!!!
