Cell C
Irritating call centre

The last few months I have received numerous phone calls from Cell C's call centre, which on the whole I don't normally mind, however, lately when I answer the phone there is a tune playing on the other side and I must then wait for someone on their side to answer. If I were phoning them I could understand that I might be in a que waiting for the next available operator to answer my call, but when they are phoning me and I then have to wait to hear what it is that they want I get extremely irritated, atleast have the respect to be on the other side of the line when the person YOU are phoning answers YOUR call. I refuse to even wait now and as soon as I hear the tune I just put the phone down, if they want to talk to me then be on the other end of the line when I answer!!!
