Once again Standed Bank disappoints

Again Standed bank have made it difficult for me to have access to my money after making me wait more than a month to get money out of my notice acc.
It's like you depend on my money so you make it difficult for me to get it. I put my notice the 1st & 2nd week of November & still nothing!

How must i budget when i can't trust you to give me MY MONEY when you are supposed to?

YOUR LACK OF SERVICE IS DISGUSTING; ATROCIOUS; PATHETIC to say the Least.

So glad i opened another bank account.

12 years with this joke of a company is long enough.
Even changing my cell phone no and e-mail address is challenging.

Seriously exasperated soon-to-be ex client.
