My car was on the 19th of Dec. 2012. After reporting this to Quicksure and the delay of the assessor to compile his report, the instruction was given to Westrand Panel Beaters to fix my car on 31/01/2013. On 25/04/2013, I had to phone Quicksure to ask them why it took so long to get my vehicle repaired. On 02/05/2013 I went to WPB to pickup my car, just to find out that all the secondhand parts which they had installed in my car was scratched and damaged. There were still missing parts which needed to be ordered. I then had to battle to get an assessor to come and inspect my car once again. I am still battling to get WPB, the assessor and Quicksure to tell me what is happening to my claim. 5 Months after the incident.
