Incorrect settlement letter supplied

I returned a debit order prior to asking for a settlement letter in order to settle the personal loan in full on the due date set. I also received a statement for the same outstanding amount. They keep on debiting my account due to incorrect settlement provided. Phoned in to sort it out and Dieter (CCC Agnent) advise I will be trsf to the team leader Odessy and cut my call. I called back and another CCC agent adv that they trsf me to collections and not the team leader as per notes on their system. Dieter was irritated, rude and not borther to even help or listen properly to me. I was given the incorrect settlement letter and when trying to sort the problem I get this treatment. I did speak to the team leader Odessy who could only advise it was not acceptable but he will wait for the complaint in order to address it. Wonderful. Still no assistance.
