Extremely Delayed - No sense of urgency!

I have requested my vehicle settlement and registration documents on the 26th of July. This was extremely urgent and an agent assured me that she would send this to me. However, she had only forwarded my settlement letter and not the other. Yesterday, (30th July), I called again and requested this document and I was told that they could not 'find' it anywhere on their system, and was promised by a TEAM LEADER that she would call and advise on the matter as I needed this last week already. I still have not received the letter, or a call back! I think this is pathetic service as they clearly do not understand the clients' urgency.
