Most disgusting bank EVER in terms of service

Now it is clear why FNB offers so much 'good' deals.its from desperation to get clients... i was retrenched in Jan and have since notified the bank.luckily i pay more than needed every month and was told by somebody in the home loan dept that we have a R5600 in surplus on our home loan and that this would be used to cover our JAN month payment of R4300.i paid my installment for feb but today they sent a letter saying im in arrears of R2800.HOW THE? and to top it off they charging a R32 for issuing the letter??!! PATHETIC way of making money.this is how they help their retrenched clients? FNB how can we help you???...dont look at the splint in others eye when you have a log in yours... meaning dont make a ad about the government when you yourself give the same service you claiming they giving.which happens to be disgustingly pathetic.
