Settle loan however not settle on RCs side

I call RCS call centre to get a settlement figure an agent give me a figure which was R6383.00 i settle the account on the 10-07-2013 come the 15-08-2013 i recived a settlement qoute from Alfreda Swarts and tell me to put a stop on my debit order so that they can not debit me after settling the loan i did that on the 13 -08-2013 i got an sms that my account is in arrears i call the collection department i speak to Robin he ask me to sent him a proof of payment i did that he said i must ignore the sms he will fix this matter the problem was on the refer no when i trafer fund refe no was incorrect refer 5008343821 the correct no 5008743821 i call to do follow up 18-08-2013 i was told all is in order the account is full paid on the 26-08-2013 i got an sms that am in arrears when i call they said my account is behind i said to speak to Robin at collection he told me that sorry it was not fix however he rec the email he will call me back after 10min or his team leader i have not receive any call now however this guys have all the proof of payment now please assist me
