I was involved in a car accident on 15 September, 2012 on N1 Northbound before Gordon Off Ramp.
Driver of vehicle (Insured by Mutual & Federal) hit mine at a High Speed.
I am certain he was over speeding as the zone is less than 120 km/h
I was certainly hit at around 145 km/h or more.
The vehicle registered JDN464GP sunsequently overturned after the impact with my own.
I nearlt lost my life, but proceeded to calmly collect all necessary details of accident,
Police reports, affidavits, insurance claims etc
I then began instituting Third Party Insurance claim against driver
Mutual and Federal have been less than professional they never answer my emails or return calls on time.
Contact who I have listed below has not even provided details of internal complaints process yet I asked twice.
Instead of settling claim efficiently they keep coming up with excuses yet I have provided all they require and more.
I believe the intention is to frustrate me so that I give up or they delay claim so that they pay out less, since the accident happened long ago. He takes his time with simple requests and has never answered an email in reply ever. He is afraid to put any of what he says in writing.
